How to purchase a group:

1. Choose a play. Gather at least 10 of your friends, relatives, students, or co-workers and choose a few dates that work for your group. Ask about our student and senior discounts!

2. Call Group Sales at 202.232.7267, Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm, to make your reservation. You can also email groups@studiotheatre.org! We ask that you put down a one-third deposit on your purchase of tickets to reserve your block of seats. The remainder of the balance can be paid up to two weeks prior to your show date. It's best to be conservative when giving a final count. You can always add tickets to your reservation but unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange tickets.

3. Pick up your tickets. Once your balance is paid, you may pick up your tickets on the chosen performance date. Because we cannot hold tickets under individual names, a group leader must distribute the tickets.

Special Student Matinee Performances!
Our student matinee program guides students and teachers in a classroom study of lively contemporary plays, then brings them to performances followed by discussions with educators and artists. These performances are scheduled with your school day in mind. Through this program, hundreds of youths study and attend performances of plays that have a special relevance to their lives. The benefits of the Studio Theatre Student Matinee Program are special ticket rates, study guides for your class, and an after show discussion with the artists. 
Tickets for our Student Matinees are $20.
