Young Actors Ensemble
Ages 12 - 17
The Young Actors Ensemble, an adaptation of the adult acting curriculum, is a program of activities that introduces the young actor to realistic acting. Through theatre games, pantomimes, improvisations, ensemble work, monologues and scene study, young actors acquire and expand skills in concentration, observation, stimulus-response, and interplay. Exercises that are designed to free and expand physical response as well as vocal range and clarity encourage the exploration and development of the young actor’s instrument. Registered students are carefully placed based on their auditions enabling our instructors to develop individual students to their fullest potentials.
